Why has the company not...

...paid for the lab results from the Quebec property?  Surely, at more than one point over the last few years, the company could afford it.  Is this a strategic play of some sort?  Help me understand this because I'll be pi$ $ed it this company goes titter without knowing those lab results.  Furthermore, why was the Quebec property never spun off?
