... moving to Tier 2 is not as big a deal as some might think ... goes by asset valuation and working capital ... so self explanatory.

Need cash for reinstatement ... then the bigger burdens that got the company to this point in the first place.

A restructure while suspended would be a reasonable expectation in my view ... everybody at the table ... everything on the table ... and a 'whole' company to commence trading with as a result.

I would have to agree with you heavy, we need new blood at the table. Maybe it's just me, but I feel a sense of defeat from the existing team. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel deserted as an investor. F2

I don't think that heavy was necessarily talking about new blood at the table.  The restructuring that is and has always been needed is a share consolidation.  Hard to get money in this market under any conditions but with the amount of shares outstanding it becomes near impossible.  What we know for sure is that we have not been trading since May 2nd and no official word on
