Does dianor not have to call an AGM even though their trading has been suspended .  The last one was august 15th,2011 over one year ago.  We have not heard one thing from ryder in over a year.  Where is the accountability.

I have to agree with you on this one terr2. Although I agree with all that 'some'...any at this point...communication is long overdue, the fact that no one by the likes of Joe or other debt holders are not coming forwarding legally demanding their pound of flesh. It would be nice to hear from the powers that be what the intention and the plan is but the fact that he is speaking means we

Does anyone actually believe that ryder will show up to speak.Who will be there to listen,disgruntled shareholders perhaps.And what will he talk about?  Will he discuss how he allowed a promising play tank? Will he speak about how he has totally ignored shareholders . Ceo's with no credibility do not speak they hide in their hole and he does that very well. glta

CAN HE BE HELD INCOMPITANT AND HELD LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE IS MY QUESTION TO ANYONE. THE MAN WAS MORE THEN WELL COMPINSATED FOR YEARS AND WAS NEVER REALLY UP FRONT WITH THE SHAREHOLDERS ON NUMEROUS ISSUES (GRAB SAMPLES,ECT.) WHEN YOU RECIEVE,GOODS,FINANCIAL GAINS,ECT.
