DTEA: Revenue $67M, Enterprise Value now only $2.3M !!!

At 0.35 cents, DTEA's market cap is $9 million.

DTEA holds cash $6.7 million and has zero debt, so its Enterprise Value at 35 cents is only $2.3 million.

DTEA's Revenue in the first half of 2024 are $24.5 million.

DTEA's says that revenue in Q3 2024 are up by more than 18% so far, so its Q3 2024 revenue will be about $14.5 million, because revenue in Q3 2023 were $12.1 million:

"Sales momentum continues into the early third quarter with revenues up more than 18% compared to the same period in 2023. We are excited to mark our renewed focus on brick-and-mortar retail with the opening of a new location in the Royalmount Mall in Mount Royal, Quebec, and look forward to launching a new store in downtown Montreal in early November, raising the total number of flagship stores to 20. As we prepare for the revenue-intensive third and fourth quarters, our focus remains on delivering excellent value, service and innovation to our consumers,” added Ms. Segal.

Its Q4 revenue usually double compared to Q3 because tea consumption traditionally rises a lot during the winter, so Q4 2024 revenue will be about $28 million with the two new stores helping on that front.

To sum it up, 2024 revenue will be about $67 million, up from $60.6 million in 2023.

So DTEA at 35 cents is insanely cheap.
