You don't need to contact them. They don't answer! My conclusion is they are in financial troubles if not already bankrupt.

As far as i know this is not a criterium for delisting. Apparently being a member of the BOD is a parttime job. They answer on questions after about two weeks. However, the answers are not specific. That worries me the most! They look like automatically generated answers.
