It is hard to belief that the current market value is 2.9 mn$ (sold assets minus debt). It is worth to keep the shares and to see what story BH will tell the shareholders.

Given the news from yesterday, and the halt all day today - I would say sell.  That press release was brutal, If memory serves, they decided in the spring that the oil and gas operations in Canada needed to go. Then the news yesterday that the guy running this show decided that he needed the US assets more than the shareholders. Is there any meat left on the bone? If I was a shareholder in

Good call on the SELL. If you haven't done it already, do it now!! You have one day to get rid of your shares. I further reiterate my statement about hiring a class action lawyer.
