Are there any lawyers out there?

Q- For the sake of arguement, lets say that the rumors of Grade Smearing are true. Lets say that Hole 02 actually has 3m of 43.47 g/t, but does NOT have 121.5m of 1.31 g/t (starting at 102m) and lets say that Hole 03 does have 1.5m of 246 g/t, but does NOT have 51m of 7.3 g/t (starting at 88.5m). In this scenario could investors proceed with a "class action" type lawsuit? Could they recoup any losses and even take over ownership of this company? I am not a lawyer and am not familiar with this type of law. Any opinions would be appreciated. Disclosure- I am not an investor but find it hard to believe that if Grade Smearing allegations are true, that the company can just carry on business as usual.

On Jan 10th the news came out and you called this, "another great discovery" and the S/P rocketed up to $.43. You mean to say that you didn't buy in on the "great discovery" news, but waited till today? Seems odd to me.

I never chase a stock, if on the inside you did good but personally been in and out a few times around.21 for small profit and yesterday back in. Wondered why the big sale by mgmt. so a bit leery?

I see it this way... if all is on the up and up, the S/P at this point could be worth upwards of $0.40, if not perhaps $.08 which makes me wonder why the company hasn't already cleared this up? To buy now and get caught in the coming paper storm could be a disaster, if things do not soon get cleared up.  I'll wait to see some evidence one way or the other, and I will NOT accept that ...more
