Future Directors on the board
Obviously I'm not psychic, but I was wondering who would be on the board and how it would shape the direction and success of the company.
According to the Eagle Hill website, there are no geologists or mining type people on the board. The setup appears to be a board of directors with Finance and Business administration backgrounds and qualifications. They then rely on an advisory board and exploration team to provide information and advice. I'm guessing therefore that they are looking for technical advice from Southern Arc.
I would assume that Mike Andrews is a definite for the board but not sure who will go with him. Andrew Rowe has been in charge of overseeing drilling activities etc. in Indonesia and my gut feeling is that things will quieten down there unless a JV is found. Maybe he will make a move to canada? Or will John Proust partner Mike on the board?
Interesting times whatever happens.

Thanks for the info, I have been a long standing holder of SA stock but have only recently bought EAG shares. I have not had any voting forms from either company.

Well you are probably aware that Andrews is a geologist with over 30 years of experience...I expect that he will be working "hand in hand" with Desrochers who is EAGs Chief Geologist and who has been very instrumental in the continued success of the drilling programs at Windfall have a great day Mazx
