Mr. Ned Goodman of Dundee reports

DUNDEE CORPORATION ACQUIRES FURTHER INTEREST IN EAGLE HILL EXPLORATION CORPORATION

In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corp. has acquired, by private agreement, 13.75 million common shares of Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. for a total cost of $1,620,781, being approximately 11.8 cents per share.

When totalled with existing positions owned by Dundee, Dundee now owns 111,404,000 shares and warrants exercisable for the purchase of an additional 31,173,000 shares, representing an approximate 29.8-per-cent interest on an undiluted basis and 35.2 per cent assuming the exercise of all warrants.

The position in Eagle Hill was acquired for investment purposes, and may be increased or decreased in the future as considered appropriate in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors, and in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.

TAX LOSS SELLERS have been taking a HUGE RISK....the sp could explode to the upside at anytime before the new year...look how fast Anonymous and Desjardins started buying back in after the NR at 3pm today.....was wondering who bought out Noronts remaining interest in EAG....now we know :) ..Looking Good ...MaxT

Come on Frankman, explain how Dundee paying 2X SP is just ripping off the shareholders.  You have so many brains and so much experience, explain it or go away

Has this definitely come from Noront? I wonder why they are not buying in the open market. Maybe they are not allowed due to the fact that they have knowledge of drill results that have not yet been published.

Hi Doit62. I don't think that the results need to be stellar in order for there to be a block on Dundee buying the shares. However it is a nice and hopeful theory. If there is a block in place at the present time, it just makes me wonder what Dundee will do when the block is raised. Will they start a buying spree on the open market? They have plenty of cash, whereas SA do not have much at the ...more

Why would tax loss selling be done? Weeks to go. What news should we be expecting (halt)?

look at the daily volume lately....selling is drying up..tax loss sellers have to wait 30 days to buy back in if they want to trigger a loss..so i expect most are out now in order to get back in early Jan before too many more NRs.....next round of assays should be out at anytime for Zone 27 (very High grade zone)....if there is a Halt  first then that would signify to me that they will be ...more
