Hello Tom, Even if we all vote no. Dundee and SA control more than 50 percents of the vote. I will vote no, but I don't think it will matter. The options given are more than 10 percents of the outstanding shares. Amazing management team. Now we all know why the stock price drop after the news release.

Neither Dundee nor SA will be allowed to vote as they are not ''disinterested parties''. People who will not receive the options are the only ones who will get the vote. SA tried to re-price their options and failed because the disinterested parties voted against it. Trust me, your vote counts and it could win.
