VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 11, 2015) - Southern Arc Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SA) ("Southern Arc" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EAG) ("Eagle Hill") has filed on SEDAR the National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for Eagle Hill's 100%-owned Windfall Lake Gold Project ("Windfall Lake" or the "Project") in Quebec, Canada. A third party source believed reliable suggests SA has $830,000 in cash as of end of May, so I don't think they will be buying anything. You should check SEDAR for yourself if you want to verify the cash figure.

That $830k was working capital of which $750k was a debtor. Simple maths gives a cash holding of $80k .
