They got the money for the Kentucky Acquisiton so no PP will be needed. 

And according to the CEO there are big money in US market and that they will have NO problem getting an investor to invest in them. 

CBD will be huge and this company will be sucess

Ditto, this is misleading, although technically the chart is showing a swing development and as I stated in previous post last PP has special stipulations at a much higher price then where we are now so I am still not so sure a PP is coming at these levels Still holding long term though

Sure feels like a raise with people selling at a loss right now, dumping for cheaper or same price shares with Warrant. Dumb for them to raise at this price but Micro-caps like to get new important investors in cheap to make them happy. Time will tell.
