Question for Nicholas
Nicholas, The attack on the share price continues, and people are all pretty frustrated at this point, especially given that you guys keep hitting homers, and we shareholders keep getting foul balls in the face. Yesterday, I feel we hit a new low in two ways. One on price, and the other being that I do think we saw the seller from TD buy and sell to himself, which is not permitted. I know that EAST can't control its own share price, but I have a regulation question. If the company has reason to believe that it knows who the seller is doing the wash trades, does the TSXV require the company to report that person? I hope it is clear that my intention in asking is that I want the company to do well, and if TSXV rules are being broken, I would like that be corrected as soon as possible. Thank you.

Odelay, would you be kind enough to give us a little more details on what you know? You seem to know at least one of those individuals by name. How did you end up with this knowledge?

I just study the patterns. If I did know, I would report it, as I think a line has been crossed. I am hoping that if the company feels that it knows what is happening they will inform the exchange with the aim of getting this person out of here.

Your post goes well beyond pattern studying since you know the name of one of those individuals. How did you learn that info?

Not sure why you think that. Unless, perhaps you don't know that Nicholas is in reference to Nicholas Vincent, who is the Investor Relations rep for Eastwest Bio.

Could it be worth it to send an email immediately to iiroc so they can keep an eye on current activity on EAST? It seems to continue as we speak. Maybe they are already on full alert but I'm very tempted to contact them. surveillance@iiroc.ca

I've sent a complaint. It would be great if you guys could also do the same. A concerted effort might be more efficient than a single message. If I'm alone in this, I'll probably be perceived as a lunatic/paranoid. If they receive enough emails, they might look into it.

The PP theory that you and Blacksparow talked about seems like a very plausible one. However, these schemes were not just happening in the last few days. It's been weeks of smothering any kind of upward movement. Anyhow, I can't wait for this to stop so the stock can take a healthy trajectory upward.

I really appreciate you replying, especially here. I am knowingly putting you a bit on the spot by asking you on SH, but I respect that you and the company are showing transparency. Fundamentals and share price often don't line up. If you are publically telling me that the company is healthy, I accept that as genuine. Let's hope that this turns around soon. It has been pretty awful!
