Benchmark Botanics had a Sales license once apon a time. They lost that provision from Health Canada. Now they are going to leverage their license to get one (or more) for this group? Health Canada doesn't do that any more. Each applicaiton goes on it's own path in the CTLS. A Health Canada Site License does not permit working with CBD either. What is the real story here? lol

Can you explain what/who you are referring to? A link to all licensed companies isn't exactly clear.

Find your way to Potanicals Green Growers. They had Sales listed but it has been taken away. Any other producer who has a Sales provision has it listed there. They pruchased finished product from another producer and submitted that for their Sales. Seems like Health Canada caught on to that and pulled back the Sales that they had. lol

Do you have that documented? I see what you mean about the word sales not being in the link for PGG, but I haven't been able to find any info about it being revoked. Nicholas, do you have an explanation?

They have kept it very quiet. I have been following them. You have to read through their financials on SEDAR to get more of the picture. Ask them to explain what happened. See if they will be up front about it. They clearly say that they had a Sales provision, yet it isn't listed any longer. The list of licensed producers is gospel. lol

You see that other LPs have Sales listed if they are permitted to do so. Benchmark Botanics claims that Potanicals has a Sales license. They do not, or it would be listed. lol

I'll stick to the most recent HC information. Think about what you are saying, that a company is illegally claiming to be licensed to sell cannabis. Do you really think that would just go unnoticed in this insanely regulated industry? I don't know why the word sales isn't next to their name, but I don't think what you are claiming is accurate.
