Big spender dropped $1,500 on shares, cost money to do a news release.  What are the motives to this small a purchase

It is called the 'bait and switch' scam. Convince the public the company is on it's way up because the CEO pushed some pennies at it from COVID releif. Useless pump junk from a company that has less than fumes left. Pathetic. lol

I thought that the early warning report was just part of proper disclosure required by the exchange rules for insiders with more than a 10% ownership of the company.    He sits at around 18% ownership of shares outstanding.    That said,  I don't think he strictly had to file one unless his position changed by +/- 2% which it didn't.   Perhaps a bit of ...more
