Why on earth?

Why would anyone take shares at $0.05 from EAST? They haven't had more than two days at $0.05 for the last year. More scamming by Rod and crew. lol

EastWest Bioscience Inc. (the "Company" or "EastWest") (TSXV:EAST) announces the proposed issuance of approximately 572,470 common shares at a price of CDN $0.05 per common share to certain arm's length and non-arm's length individuals and service providers for settlement of a portion owing by the Company in respect of various services rendered, including but not limited to consulting, financial, accounting services and for settlement of loans and/or advances provided to the Company.
