Looks like with the latest news, EBN is looking to move to the senior board. Let's just make sure the stock option plan isn't too generous. Wouldn't want the company to buy back shares just to dilute again.

In my short memory, I think they've been pretty good with not giving out ridiculous options as some other companies do. A 2% reduction in total shares is positive news and consistent with a company that continues to earn my admiration for prudent financial management. Do you have any other indications signalling a move to the TSX?
