Breakout quarter
Can't help but think that, despite Q316 having higher operating earnings of $865K compared to Q217's $800K, this is truly a breakout quarter. Last year the revs and earnings were generally weak and lumpy but this year, there has been positive momentum. And, Q3 (their strongest quarter), is still coming up so this will truly be a great year for EBN.
Another interesting thing about the quarter was how the cash balance has increased only slightly but there was a big spike in receivables which will result in an influx of c/f probably next quarter.
My fair value is north of $1.20. What a great company this is.

The increase in receivables is in current (as opposed to longer dated receivables), so yes they likely have already received them by now. Not sure if it means too much though, they already did their expansion of production facilities and have a very strong balance sheet. I don't think they have any dire need of the cash.
