Did you call your broker to see. My account is showing zero in EBN and showing the US listing but xero valu. I am with RBC.

without authorization? This has happened in both my RBC Direct Investing and Scotia Itrade accts. I've never seen this before. I would hope there are no currency exchange losses

vector best values the company at $1.98 a share and a buy. What do they know that we don't. Is there a chance we could run higher and not accept the buyout?

The $1.42mil penalty equates to only 5.3 cents, so it would cost a competiing suitor only $1.35 plus a premium to shareholders to acquire EBN, which is still ridiculously cheap at only a p/e of 14

I think that there is a penalty to pay if they sell the company to anyone else at this point. However, maybe some buyer will want to step in with a higher price that includes payment of the penalty

Another strong quarter. Revs up 14.5%. Earnings of 2.0 cents Cdn. 21 cents of cash. Just makes it hurt even more that this company is being sold at such a low valuation.
