AS PAUL HARVEY SAY'S-AN NOW THE REST OF THE STORY-N THAT'S Ythe halt hasn't been lifted . Will it ever trade again if they don't get everything approved. With this fantastic news release that didn't give all the details at first, will the stock be trading at 15 or 20 cents upon opening or below that last trade of .045 cents.  I suspect well below the last close as they will tell you it takes time to get everything in order. Yea Right   A typical Penny Stock news release, as usual.
