Now What?

The two men who have just acquired 54% of the shares have botched their first attempt to reshape our company. The big question now is what is their next plan?

A roll back of the 235 million shares seems inevitable. But how are these new controllers going to get value for their current holdings and get their own corporations into TAN?

Is there anyone here reading this? Any ideas? My assessment is that existing shareholders are in the same boat as the new bosses. If they find a winning strategy we will all win.

Stooge: Its frustrating but for a microcap to get to another level, there has ot be someone willing to put a great asset in the company and there have to be folks willing to put money into the company who believe in the project to get it off the ground.  Hard to attract capital with no project and hard to attract project with no significant capital. What are your thoughts?

One or both of the entities that invested millions to finance the wells is now suing the company for misrepresentation. They now own over half the shares so I hope they can work something out. Otherwise, the shine has gone off TAN.

I quote: On April 18, 2018, a third-party individual (the "Plaintiff) filed a claim against the Companys Lender, the Company, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Tanager Energy (USA) Inc., as defendants, (the Tanager Defendants) in a Dallas, Texas court. The Plaintiff's claims against the Tanager Defendants arise from alleged fraudulent ...more

You are misreading this.  Tanager was only sued for "money had and received" and to try to get a judge to order the shares and warrants to be given to the Plaintiff instead of the lender. "Plaintiff has sued the Tanager Defendants for money had and received and seeks relief in the form of a declaratory judgment that 21,000,000 common shares and 21,000,000 share purchase ...more
