Eguana exchanges technologies with NF Blossom

This is from a news release last year March.  Not sure how theres any confusion, NF Blossom Technologies manufactures Smart Star 3 and they use Eguana in the system.  Below is the explaination of this collaboration from the NEWS RELEASE in MARCH of 2020.


Eguana in business collaborations with its following investee companies.

(1) Expansion of business of residential energy storage systems with Sunnova Energy Corporation, the leading TPO (Third Party Ownership) residential solar and storage service provider in the United States.
(2) Integration of GridShare, AI software from Moixa Energy Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter, Moixa) of the United Kingdom, with an Eguana energy storage system
(3) Technology exchange with NF Blossom Technologies, Inc. of Japan, in the business of manufacturing energy storage systems

NF Blossom Technologies manufactures the Smart Star 3.

It would be very interesting to find out what kind of agreement is in place around the technology exchange with NF clossom and any reveniue stream we get from the sales of the Smart Star system. That is assuming that there is some type of contract where any of our IP is involved in the design of this systam.. It would be really nice to see EGT explain this in more detail to the shareholders.
