LG is currently recalling every battery they have in the field including Chevy Bolt batteries and Resu ESSs. There was no reference whatsoever to this issue while I was on the Zoom call. I left very shortly before it ended but anticipate it did not come up. On the contrary, the entire presentation as well as the follow-up questions/answers were confident and suggest positive developments will be announced in the near term.

Hopefully it doesn't affect them to badly. It's more of the service/PR hit related to a recall anyway LG would have to foot the bill. The LFP product avoids that and it's not like they have been shipping many systems anyway considering only the occassional twitter post cheering on a few systems here and there being shipped. Any mention about manufacturing in Europe or has that fallen

Yes, there was considerable discussion about European/Italian production and clear statements that it will be coming on line soon. Calagary cannot meet either assembly or logistical requirements to adequately serve Europe.
