Eguana out of cash
They had 7.7m June 30th and I don't see any financing since. I think it's fair to say they would burn over a million a month, so yea I would think they're getting desperate for cash.

What you do not seem to realize is that Eguana will soon be something else as part of a much bigger picture in the ESS space.

So now after the latest news, the share count goes to 393 million. at .45 that's 177m marlet cap and they still have to do a financing. So after a 10m PP at .45 that adds another 22m shares to the float for a total of 415m shares. That gives them a market cap of 187m and they're still losing money. Yea, great investment.

In desperation a SHORT will always try to DISTORT in order to scare or discourage investors from hanging on to their shares. Don't be fooled folks. We all have that inner sense telling us that this company is in for much bigger things to come.

What's the profit margin for their units? What's their forcast for net profit? How can you determine a value without knowing when or if they'll turn a profit?

Funny, try applying the same reasoning to your pushing of nuclear fusion. I don't think Jose is ok.

The market is foward looking. Let's see if the market thinks Uguana will turn a profit.
