Yeah since 2019 we’ve been approved

So really we just couldn't deliver and now we make it look like it's a new development. So strange really. Why would this fly on this news. Institutions looked at it compared it with 2019 and said the same thing. This ain't new! Yup I've been here 11 years. This is just a repeat.
