There are too many shares out in relation to the volume. Has been the case here all along. Six days of volume over a million in 6 months not going to do much here. PEA may have zero effect on the price....

The float size should technically not that much of an impact. We have 195.38M outstanding according to google finance. 1/2 of those are in strong hands. -Which leaves us with 99.45 outstanding. -Mins float is 66 million outstanding. -MINmoved 300% and still holding on their PEA with roughly the same market cap and close to the same ammount of shares open to trade.

the reason we have not gone up the last few days is because they have been bought and sold all withing a cent or two keeping an artificial price,no one has chased the asks yet
