I doubt it.  I'll take their lead.  Why would they exercise warrants at all and now have controlling interest.  All seems very silly to me unless they are going to take us out, but you have to agree to sell to them.  All the best.

Honest question because I don't know, but do we really have to agree to sell to them if they want the company?  Considering they have the majority can't they decide to pay what they want within reason?  They also have the ability to drive the sp down should they decide to do so.  I don't know can someone answer that.  If they decided to by the outstanding shares ...more

good question stinky! majority usually decides imo, that is a very valid point u make imo! i like my chance here, im thinking we would get a decent price for takeover/buyout! the resources are to LARGE for a 0.08 buyout!

I think you have to agree to sell your shares in any event regardless of what the offer is.  Doesn't matter what the majority does.    Good night.
