Sorry, didn't get a chance to call back. All I know is that the guys won't be back in the EGX office until the 30th. I got that information from calling the company directly, not the IR line.  I also didn't ask where they were or what they were up to. My assumptions is that they are on a business trip (in China perhaps?) and working on some kind of deal or simply evaluating what

Thanks Rhodiumd. If Management was/is in China trying to work some kind of a deal, would it be safe to assume they already have the PEA info or the gist of it in their hands?

This is pure speculation on my part but I would say so.  A public company is not allowed to deliberately delay material information/news releases so my assumption is that they may have received/completed the PEA a very short time ago (48 hours maybe?) and have been working on their next strategy at the same time. There is always a way to "delay" news and buy yourself some time as

Rhodiumd, yes, pure speculation. Now if they were in China , why the hurry? Why not just wait for the PEA to be released to the public and then go to China? Anyways, we'll know soon. GLTA

Winny: Maybe management has a good offer on the table that is of high interest to them in the short-term future. Maybe they see a short window of opportunity that may not present itself if s**t hits the fan down in Ecuador. We do not like to admit it but the political situation is more and more uncertain. Perhaps management wants to sell before the political situation becomes a bargaining chip

actually, no speculation.  you are right.  public information that is deemed for public shoud not be delayed, unless of course, manangement and directors are in blackout and cannot buy or sell.  That is my guess..  Not worried whatsoever on this one.

in Vegas working on his new company talked to jeanny for some time asked the right questions expected at end of may but... Probably not till it's been looked over multiple times ( few hundred page report takes hours) rare element rohdumide has not called or talked to anyone important prob called the pizza place down the street or the stern show and got a bunch of jokers. He's back tomorrow
