If the PEA is finished and handed over, wouldn't it have to be released to the public within a certain time frame as material news or information, or whatever the term is? I thought there were rules regarding that sort of thing.

They received a "draft" copy mid January. I do not think the received a formal final copy at that time. I assume they would have gotten the formal final copy by the end of January as stated by the engineering firm.

End of January was more than 6 business days ago... Seems like a while to not report material news.

Which, as Goldenrules pointed out, may lead to the NR for us at the end of February. Could hold true if Glenn wants to buy time to pary the gold price rises. If Gold has a few good days of gains and gets toward the $1300 range, I would not be surprised if he releases it. IMHO

Golden, good write up. Nice to see some effort...   Jeanny told me the same thing about he drilling before we got news on the Cu on the double strike length. I asked her if Glenn mentioned drilling it and she said it was a possibility but not at that time and not before the PEA was complete. So, thats why I mentioned the possibility.
