Squeeze Me!

We don’t own EGX, Aura Does. Don’t be surprised if we receive an offer from Aura just above the 52 week high of 15 cents. It will be up to present shareholders to except the offer or not. As I said before it is called a “squeeze out”. If I was Aura I would do it. People in at 4 cents will do well, people in at 15 cents break even. Sure, legally we can appeal a low ball offer based on the value of the resource, but the majority of the 40% would have to agree, NOT. If you get a letter in the mail and are in at 4 cents, how would you vote on a 15 cent sale? The 15 cents would be happy to get their money back.

Yes Brendan, what would Aura do with the property; they would then sale it for $100 million.

$100 million more like 2-3+ hundred million. Power players of Ecuador we've all spoke of highly.

Drawerknife,        I understand this is possible yes... From what I have gathered from IR, Deller seems to be following Glenn's lead. Do you think Ross Beaty is going to take over and sell out his Shareholders from ODIN? Will Warren Buffet do it to Suncor? Yes, it is possible but I think there are investors out there that are meraly just that. Deller is no Beaty ...more

Just to play devils advocate here...  Glenn is a very smart man and knows what he is doing. He only owns about 3-4 million shares of EGX. If he thought Deller was just here to takeover, why would he still be out trying to improve the mine site if he was only getting .15 himself? Why would he not just say to Deller, ok... here is the PEA, I will have nothing more to do with the company ...more

no doubt glenn is a smart man and most likely worked out a sweet deal with AURA. He just doesn't care about us investor. Brendan, stop covering for him please.

i does make sense. it would explain why they keep the stock so cheap and why they keep us in the dark regarding the PEA . frustrated shareholders will look for an easy way out !
