That was GMB suing him for retaining vital information for which he lost in the BC supreme court. This is them suing a company over $500,000 and the compnay counter suing them for $4,000,000. From what I gather, the work that was never done was signed off by the then CEO, Laing and another guy. Read for yourselves though.

What I mean is that Laing is really a ... I wrote to Cathy Hume few months ago concerning my doubts on him. Here is his answer to my attack against the doubtful reputation of Laing : I answer for Glenn as that is my job. I think you are most unkind with your comments about Glenn. Personally I do not read the bull boards very often because they are filled with mad shareholders just wanting to vent.

Yes, I remember this. Cathy is pretty ignorant as far as I am concerned. I have no respect for her or CHF period. If your representing CEO's and you cant handle flack from investors... you should flip burgers!!! IMHO
