But it would be great if some good news came out to give this a much needed boost. The timing would be great with the 10-1 complete or a buy out of $2 a share which now can happen. Yes $2 a share! $50-$60 million to buy this out and with the shares being around 27 million, a deal now is very possible as this company is now more attractive.

You try sell an old used car for $500 and you get two offers...one is for 5-$100 bills, the other one is for 50-$10 bills...there is absolutely no difference in the attractiveness of either offer!!!...they are both $500 offers...very simple!!! The only thing that has changed here is that now a PP can be done legally...Deller is not so fussy about the creative deals under a nickel a share. He is ...more

Viper 31, if they would have buyer, they would have sold the company without consolidation. What is the difference? If post consolidation as you suggested $2 price per share than someone could have bought it without consolidation at 20 cents per share. Bottom line is what they have to offer to potential buyer. Nobody will buy empty box.
