RE:price to NAV mismatch = opportunity !

I agree ELC is a good play no matter how you cut it . They could have been more generous with the divi , I hope we get at least one cent every quarter.

All roads point to gold no matter how much the bullion banks want to keep it down . Housing where I live has jumped 150 k in the last year because of the cheap paper being printed , people want something real .
