If warrants get exercised looks like shares out will increase by 60% (very rough calc, I might be off a littel).  Management team has totally failed and more importantly failed to keep stockholders up to date on accurate information regarding the going on of the company in my opinion. We had gold at $2000 and this stock craters after already losing ground over the last year.  Again total fail by an intept mgtl company that has no clue or no interest in raising shareholder value. I blame myself for still holding some of my posiiton after the previous 12 months decline. I am an idiot and mgt. is inept.  Uugghhh.

with suspect leadership in small miners you get dilution dilution dilution .... when do the shareholders matter????????

In the past I have admired Elevation management and still think they are on the right track but have to say I was surprised by this large dilution...hoping they will use the funds wisely....I bought some today...just too much potential  here

In the last 12 months while gold has risen 33% the management team here has driven the stock price down 80%.  this can be described in no other terms than a "total failure". If warrants are  exercised we are looking at something like a 60% increase in shares, shares sold at the very bottom while gold is at $2000.  this team has completely failed to keep shareholders

Don't feel too bad.  I bought the stock a few days before the announcement.  I'm not happy.  I feel that they could have gotten a much better underwriting deaL.
