Interesting News out of the US Yesterday....SK Innovations..

.....Seems Sk Innovations lost a big battle yetserday in the US as they were accused of stealing LG Energy's Battery trade secrets and are banned from selling them in the US for 10 years!  Well it appears they were so confident this wouldn't happen they were building 2 Battery manufacturing plants in Georgia and now those plants are almost complete and a question remains as to who will fill that void as there are not many Battery Suppliers that are ready to provide that volume of Batteries, so the race is on. LG, Panasonic and CATL now perhaps have their chance.  These 2 plants were said to provide batteries for Ford and Volkswagon (I hope they weren't our potential buyer!).  Looks to me like a perfect storm is being created.  If, in fact, our manganese can be easily mined (near surface) and has the unique capability to be separated into HP Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate easily due to the impurity type, we may be in the driver's seat to be the promising candidate to quickly satisfy one of those other "potential Supplier candidates".  I've done a lot of digging on this for many months and CATL has always been one of my top picks.  I've read real dry stuff about their patents etc, plus the fact that they supply Volkswagon with batteries, as well as others.  Regardless, it would be nice to be gobbled into this vacuum!  This is all just speculation on my part, just a Wild A$$ guess. BL, Good digging. I like your CATL WAG... Giyani getting caught in the vaccum.  BlueThunder says serveral NRs imminent with one a game changer... the off take perhaps? Hmmm, wonder how BlueThunder define imminent?    Time to load up on the shares

I love this and hope it comes true! But would CATL, being Chinese, defeat the purpose of trying to diversify outside of China?

....Perhaps it would defeat that purpose Tim Whatley, but picture the perfect storm.  Big Battery Suppliers and even some EV Auto Manufacturers (think Tesla) are starting to snatch up raw material junior miners.  If they see supply disruption, plus maybe they can see that perhaps China has its eye on those same miners to monopolize the raw materials market, what do you think that will do

BL, for what you covered could be reason we see a game changing NR ...  somekind of off take arrangement(S).  AdBlueThunder mentioned, multiple NRs imminent with on being a game changer.

The 3 biggest game changers I can think of based on Robins last interview would be offtake partner, TSX listing, and revised PEA.

I can't see revised PEA until all the drilling results in...can you?   The ordering of equipment and bricks and mortar starting of the pilot/demo plant would be another kickstarter as well imo

I would agree BossLady. Too early for PEA and I think too early for TSX listing.  What is the next catalyst.?!?!?

I'm thinking with everyone signing NDA, the game changer is not of the top three being discussed. Could be other than TSX, PEA, Off take, EISA. Yep, something bigger. IMHO

.....some guesses other than PEA, TSX, ESIA, Off Take,...........how about Demo Plant start, Equipment Order, .....or perhaps a Large Investment from a Major!....the later being a Game Changer!  Maybe that's why some of our samples were sent out to different labs for analysis as per this latest announcement....Maybe these latest tests are the equivalnt to a demo plant for proof of concept

I was thinking along those same lines. Maybe a major player like a VW partners with EMM and obtains a minority position? This would give EMM instant credibility.
