From the treasury of the company....
In reading this release, it states that the shares are being purchased from the treasury of the company. Does that mean this is not diluting us? Would anyone know how many shares the treasury has?

Hey BossLady__so SORRY to ruin the upcoming weekend__BUT most likely these Treasury Shares being sold by Management indeed ARE Dilutive https://www.investopedia.com/terms/t/treasuryoffering.asp
