Ok i am very bew to the stock market and only hold this one stock. This isnt illegal? As someone with no knowledge it seems they intentionally forced the stock down so they could issue these shares at a lower price no? Does this mean their rich friends will load up and it will go up from here finally?

This stock has a bad name and cannot shake it..... The same thing has happened with all Forbes Manhattan stocks that they no longer have anything to do with. It is so hard to get rid of what Duane did to this stock and what Stan has done to his as well, go figure they are buds too. You will have a very hard time getting rid of what they scammed and the bad name that they made on there path to

Still here but no need to watch the daily ticker.....EMM has a clear timeline, what has changed besides the sp? Come back once the FS is released,equipment ordered, commissioned for the pilot plant and mining permit in hand......many would have wished to have purchased shares in the .50-.67 cent range.

I get all that u posted kohkut, just saying, the last news release on pea numbers, how did that pan out for price movement? Should have r had some positive influence on price, and yet we flopped. Not sure what to make of this

Overall markets have been slightly down each week which hasn't helped, EMM is de-risking the project with each milestone, our time will come with Q3-Q4 new releases that the markets will take notice. Another 6-8 months is not that much time all considering,if one can hold that should pay off quite nicely, imho.

The sooner shareholders understand that Parnham completely ruined confidence in this stock and it take so long to build that back the sooner you will realize that even if new management is doing good things, people NEVER get over the bad.... Guy should have been jailed. Thats why he hides out
