En todo aquello que no afecte a los aspectos de tcnica y seguridad mineras, sern de aplicacin
los condicionados ambientales establecidos en el escrito de fecha 14/1/20212 de la Delegacin
Territorial de Desarrollo Sostenible en Huelva. Particularmente, y teniendo en cuenta la zonificacinde los trabajos, se considera que las labores a realizar en la Zona Sierrecilla no estn sujetas a procedimientos de prevencin ambiental; en el caso de las Zonas El Cura y Romanera, la aprobacin de la realizacin de sondeos estar condicionada a la previa tramitacin y aprobacin de la Autorizacin Ambiental Unificada correspondiente, por estar afectadas dichas reas por la Zona de Especial Conservacin Andvalo Occidental, includa en la Red Natura 2000.
• La autorizacin se entender a los solos efectos competenciales de la Autoridad Minera, sin
perjuicio de terceros, y no excluir la necesidad de obtener las dems autorizaciones que sean
necesarias con arreglo a la legislacin vigente.

In everything that does not affect the aspects of mining technique and safety, they will be applicable the environmental conditions established in the letter dated 1/14/20212 from the Delegation Territorial Sustainable Development in Huelva. • The authorization will be understood for the sole powers of the Mining Authority, without
detriment to third parties, and will not exclude the need to obtain other authorizations that are
