Didn't Pumper doc claim he saw hole 30 core in Spain?

Claimed "not suposed to see them" in core shed but cores were outstanding

And that's why it's called Truth Bit instead of Pumper doc "because I said so"

Did the fake doc really say he saw the core and it was good? Was that at the on site wine and dine party? That's illegal I believe but goes along with the rest of his bs.
