The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a share purchase agreement between 2386337 Ontario Inc. and Enpar Technologies Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, the company shall acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Pumptronics Inc.
As consideration, the company will issue an aggregate of 12 million shares and pay an aggregate of $1.2-million to shareholders of the vendor.

But also see soneone has raised the bid again, went to .14 during 2017-01-02 (ie after symbol change), BUT is only 5k bid, and 10k at .12, then there is 8k at .09 and not much more at levels below. Previous to symbol change (orders will have been cancelled I assume) there has been 50 to 60k at .11 and sometimes 25k at .12.
Looks like a bit of a game being played, but to what end I don't know, we were at .09 bid when halted.
