Upturn?

Could today be a sign of a uptrend for Enpar? This company has been dead since nearly November with the only other minor announcement of raising capital. It's a pleasant surprise to see it up 3 cents with little volume. I hope long-term shareholders get rewarded and see some significant sales soon. goodluck.

Hopefully , the company can capitalize on the new wastewater regulations the Federal government has enacted.
