Right....it has nothing to do with the fact they are facing a potential class action lawsuit, restated their financials writing off millions in goodwill, changed the terms of their equity raised by dilution- for the worse, or have yet to produce financials that portrays any type of confidence that they'll have or be able to raise the money to pay they millions upon millions of note payables
