guys I would appreciate any posts here to share my due diligence with any new investors before earnings..

There is potential here for sure. But, like a vein of gold it takes a good miner to extract the value. Not sure the task.   However, the patents they hold are alone valuable but have been written down so IMO the balance sheet may not be a true reading of the assets. If I wasn't aleady a shareholder I would probably wait to buy until the next earnings report and then pay close attention to

Well let's get the Reddit team to get this little Canadian company some exposure, and well your at it look at this company, not weed but the other Canadian market T.GENM thanks.

Mea culpa. The write down was goodwill. Not sure if the patents are intangible assets or right of use assets. Intangibles was adjusted down to the tune of $13million in the September fiasco, whereas the right of use was virtually intact.

Doesn't matter , they ain't going to be around much longer. Market is over saturated with product and distributors,get ready to be disappointed as they fail to give any positive  news quarter after quarter.  Stock price is only 50% above its low whereas other legit weed firms are 3 to 4 times higher than their lows in a tough market. Q4 won't be pretty , there's no reason for anyone to take the risk of getting in before then. Financial reports have never been kind to WMD's share price, Q4 won't be any different. Hopefully Q1 is, but if it isn't, this company and its shareholders are toast, even with a buyout offer.

Hard to believe that the next q will be any worse than those that preceded it and many reason to believe it will be better. After all, they threw as much garbage as they could blame on previous management when George took the reins, plus the forced write down.     The extreme pessimism posted by Boring Nick has no merit at all IMO. Has there been a quarter with all 3 entities running, reported? I'm holding my decision once the full operations are in the numbers.
