From the company's most recent MD&A posted on sedar  Normal Course Issuer Bid On October 19, 2020, the Company announced the approval of its normal course issuer bid (“NCIB”) by the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). This NCIB commenced on October 22, 2020 and allows the Company to purchase up to 10,918,104 common shares over a period of 12 months, but no more than 2,228,195 shares

I am thinking that if the news is not better than last time , we could be looking at share price go under 1.30 ??????  still think they are holding out as to not let share price run to high and stay under 1.40to 150 range. share buy back ??????

Well there is  news now. Looks pretty awful on first glance but when you realize the revenue drop is all one divsion , Nutradried - then the results read as more acceptable, barely . results , IMO. Much to my shock they actually bought shares under the NCIB. Not many though. " Repurchased and cancelled 40,000 common shares under the normal course issuer bid for a total cost of $53

I also think the Merck report back in January triggered some traction in the sp rising and now that the vaccine roll out is moving along better its now second hand news. Anyhow I'm sticking it out and hopefully we get a few sales with the bigger units. Like all my spec plays not really heavily invested but nice to have a little in the space. GLTA...cheers!!
