Well that should drive the price below .04. But I hope it means there is some life in this flippin company.

I certainly hope so for there are many shareholders who have suffered long enough from a BOD and Management that generates the excitement of a cadaver.  Since they removed the driving force and entrepreneureal spirt of the corporaiton it has simply been sad to see.  They gutted the portfolio and focused on the one property that never had any chance of development.
