The Basement is Found

Just when you thought that EOX could go no lower the Board manages to locate the Basement. What is the matter with this company, is there any life in this Cadaver? Can they not find some assets of merit and build some value for shareholders? Is there even anyone managing this company. The chart says that the board is brain dead on arrival. The boiard seems to have zero incentive to build shareholder value - noone even seems to care.
