It has to be a good sign that Frank Guistra is involved but when did he become part of the company?

I think somehow he was involved in the beginning.Maybe it was one of his small companies at the time. The company offices for Encanto are in Vancouver at 800 W.Pender where Fiore Capital offices are ( which is one of his main companies ) and the other address that has been used in Vancouver is where their lawyers corporate offices are.
