VOTE NO

Have you voted no to Leung,s proposal yet?

Given what has transpired over the past 24 hours and especially the 13 year history of this company only a fool would agree to assign the assets of Empower to Leung and Chan.

Empower is on the cusp of closing its doors permanently.  We are not there yet but very close. When has ANYTHING Leung has attempted ever worked out? Does the company even have any staff left? They haven,t even had a receptionist for several years now.  Are there any technicians left?

At least if the company goes bankrupt the assets will be sold off and fairly divided amoungst the shareholders.

Do you really want to see Leung walk away with all of his loses covered and you get nothing back?

Dont be a bloody fool.

Vote no today.

If Leung changes the terms of the conversion note then we can revisit the idea in the future.

What happened here. Somebodies adventurous and bumped the share price over 50% -- wow! Maybe it was Leung and Chan :)
