The recent increase in price is likely a precursor to another financing. I'm expecting an announcement of yet another financing anytime in the 10 to 12 cent range. The company is broke and the last financing provided only $216,000 before commission which is typically anywhere from 10 to 20%. Who was paid the commission? That information should have been ...more

I will not be giving any financial advice. Nor will I be revealing my strategy. If you want legal advice contact the person who was selling Empower stock during the last financing. If you were paying attention during the latest increase in stock price you would have noticed that any large blocks of shares were always traded within the same brokerage firm. Does that mean anything? I have no idea ...more
