Rule is a sharp cookie, and yes I think he is correct. BUT--I think many more companies will be taken over than most on this board would ever believe.For example, China has done a couple of huge deals just in the last week or two. They want natural resources of pretty much any kind, to dump their dollars.Who knows how many deals they have in the pipeline. They actually have an office set up
